Below are planned events for the coming few months. These take place in the Coach House, 1A Melrose Road, unless noted otherwise.

Several events and activities are open to members only: a gardening group, a bridge club and bridge tuition, wine tasting and social gatherings.  Advance notice of events is published in the Society’s Newsletter. Click here to join the Society .

Bridge is played weekly in the Coach House, Melrose Road on Monday evenings. Table money is £2 per person including beverages. Start time 7-30pm.
Bridge for beginners and improving players is played on Thursday evenings at the same time.Please contact M Forbes for details. 0208 542 8314

Music in the Park - Sunday, 25 June, 3-5pm in John Innes Park around the bandstand. Music will be provided by the award winning Westcombe Brass Quintet.  Bring a picnic tea, something to sit on and relax to great music.   
Tickets £10 per adult, children under 16 and students free.  Tickets from Dese Child 020 8540 3087 or   Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult ticket holder. 

Garden Vision Workshops  
We have planned three workshops that
- focus on our gardens in the John Innes Conservation Area;
- provide an opportunity for new gardeners and experienced gardeners to meet in a friendly and informal environment to talk about gardens and gardening. 
- inspire residents to share and exchange their gardening experience. 
Workshops are being held on Thursday, 18 May from 7-9pm, Thursday, 15 June from 7-9pm and Thursday, 13 July from 7-9pm.

Exhibition "Where Do You Think You Are?" - Saturday, 2 and Sunday, 3 September in the Coach House, 1A Melrose Road

Autumn Plant and Produce Bring & Buy Sale - Saturday, 30 September, 10:30am at the Coach House.

Coffee and social mornings are at 11am and are held at the Coach House on Melrose Road.  They are held on the second Wednesday of each month.  

Gardening group meetings will be on the second Friday of the month. We meet at 9am by the mulberry tree in John Innes Park.

Bingo meetings have been discontinued.
